I hereby declare that I have carefully read, understood, and accepted the ‘’Impartiality & Confidentiality Policy’’ of Mielora Compliance Private Limited (MCPL) I agree to comply with all applicable requirements and principles necessary to ensure the effective, objective, independent, and impartial conduct of audit activities.

I undertake to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, documents, records, observations, findings, and other information obtained or generated during the course of an audit. I shall not disclose, reproduce, use, or share any confidential information with any unauthorized person or organization, except where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable regulatory requirements or authorized by the concerned authorities.

I further undertake to promptly disclose to MCPL any circumstances, relationships, interests, or other information that may arise in the future and could potentially affect, or be perceived to affect, my impartiality, independence, or confidentiality while conducting audit activities.

I understand that failure to disclose relevant information, concealment of any conflict of interest, or submission of false or misleading information may result in the cancellation or invalidation of audits conducted by me during the relevant period and may also lead to termination of my contract, agreement, or association with MCPL.
